Rapid prototyping, product ideation and development for Disney Parks

We partnered with the Innovation Team at Disney Parks to develop concepts and quick prototypes for new visitor experiences at Disney theme parks. After some initial ideation rounds we landed on a concept that would help visitors shop more easily and remove the the need to carry purchased items around all day long — enter the Disney Parks Teleporter.

The teleporter is a connected pod that "transports" visitors from one part of the park to another, allowing them to access the themed shop of their choice instantly. Selected items are instantly added to their cart on their mobile device via the Disney Shop App. We built a fully-functional rapid prototype of the experience and handed it off to the Innovation Team for final polish.
