We developed a complete customer experience strategy for MusclePharm that would allow them to reach and speak to consumers in a more effective way including a playbook that their teams could leverage to create campaign tactics across various channels without our direct involvement.
In addition, we helped develop the brand expression for their new, organic line, "Nature Sport". As well as a refresh of their female-oriented line, FitMiss. And we got spend a day on the golf course with Tiger Woods.
